She served on the selection committee for collections at the Muskegon Museum of Art and was a volunteer at the Art Institute in Chicago. Survivors included her husband, a daughter, two sons, and two granddaughters. Her photograph is printed in the 30 May 1937 issue of the Dallas Morning News to accompany a story about her high school graduation party and in the 15 Nov 1942 issue to accompany a story about her marriage.11,12,8,13
